Big, golden brown "taco†smothered in beef, beans, cheese, lettuce & tomato.  Salsa on the side.
Wednesday: Chicken-Fried Steak  $6.95
A hearty country-fried steak served up with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and a fresh roll. A real man's lunch!
Thursday:

Open-Face Turkey Sandwich   $6.95

Lots of thin-sliced turkey breast, roasted fresh in our kitchen every Thursday morning.  Served on Texas toast, smothered in gravy, and served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

 

Plus - Thursday night is steak night.  A huge steak, baked potato & salad for only $10.95!   Starts at 5:00 pm.
Friday: Baked Enchilada  $6.95
A huge flour tortilla filled with beef, potatoes, cheese & chili poblano. Served with Spanish rice and refried beans. You'll need a siesta after this one!
Saturday:

Sunday: 75-cent Tacos
